Work of the Hibernian Historical Trust
Through various fund raising activities and donations from individuals, businesses and supporters' organisations, along with funding received from grant applications, the Trust's achievements to date include:

Remounting and rededicating the commemorative plaque to Harry Swan

Installing plaques and display boards to the Famous Five outside the Famous Five Stand

Decorating 'Behind the Goals' in the Famous Five Stand

The purchase of the 1887 Scottish Cup Winners Medal presented to Jerry Reynolds

The purchase of the 1906 Scottish International Cap won by George Stewart

The purchase of the 1947 Scottish League jersey belonging to Davy Shaw
- The commissioning of the James Main Plaque, located in the lower concourse of the Famous Five Stand.
